Well, not all the news, but at least some of news of the last almost year that I’ve been absent from this site. Let me start by saying the first half, almost two thirds of the year was good. I was working on my second and third books, that summer I was preparing for a move that would take me closer to my family again, and life was generally humming along. Well, it certainly has been a while since I’ve published anything here. The past year and a half has certainly been not what anyone had anticipated. It’s been a busy month since I’ve last posted. After finishing my time in Oregon, I headed down into California. The first week there was less than impressive. The town, which will remain nameless, was a rather dreary and depressing place. It was creatively draining and uninspiring. Needless to say, when it was time to leave there, I was more than ready.
